1st Annual General Meeting

1. Welcome Address
   – Warm welcome to all owners joining the first AGM of the Eden One Owners Association.

2. Understanding Property Documentation
   – Review and discuss property documents for both Phases and the Common Area premises, including CA sites, park space, and other utilities as per RERA norms.

3. Document Collection from Developers
   – Initiating formal collection of necessary papers and legal documents from the developers.

4. Society Handover
   – Discussion and steps toward handing over the society management to the newly formed association.

5. Clubhouse Maintenance
   – Proposal to assign clubhouse maintenance to the developer under a service contract, instead of signing an MOU.

6. Appointment of Legal Counsel
   – Onboarding Lawcorp as the official legal team to manage society-related legal affairs and ensure lawful positioning of the association.

7. Sharing Past Experiences
   – Open forum to share insights and learnings from other societies, especially around clubhouse and common amenities management.
